My name is Big Co and I am from Louisiana. I have been involved in weightlifting for 8 years. I played to years of college ball as a pulling guard at 6'1 1/2", 300lbs. I tore my pec minor in december of 2008 and blew up to about 335 of straight fat, (was decently lean especially for 300). I am trying to lose weight with decent cardio and high intensity supersetting workouts. that just doesnt seem to be necessarily enough and i dont want to lose any muscle by goin on straight cardio. I am thinking about getting some clen with liquid keto and start running it 3 weeks on 3 weeks off now since i was talked out of cycling last night because of my age (21). Although, i have hit cycles before using anadrol, tren ace, winstrol, test enanthate, test suspension, and test prop. My last cycle was hit in may of 09 but was shortlasted due to certain complications. I have always been sensitive to estrogen and believe i have prepubescent gyno as i tend to hold alot of weight in my chest (which mentally killed me when i tore my pec as all my work went down the drain).
