    6000 calorie diet

    Meal 1: 4 oatmeal packs, 4 eggs
    Meal 2: 2 scoops protein 2 scoop carb
    Meal 3: 2 pbj sandwhich
    Meal 4: same as 2
    Meal 5: 3 cups rice, 12oz chicken
    Meal 6: pre and post workout shakes
    Meal 7: 3 cups rice, 12 oz chicken
    Meal 8: same as 2
    Meal 9: 1 pbj sandwich
    gonna add in weight gainer shakes another 900 cals

    this is a diet my buddy is running....and he posted it to me he wants to get huge then cut back down.......i just threw this up to see what you guys would think this is my diet i might do?

    that diet is retarded.. why only eat 1.5 pounds of meat in two different meals and then eat a bunch of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches? Any carbs/sugars eaten with in three hours of going to bed will only be converted to fat while you sleep.. so why bother?? who wants to add fat? if it was just a peanut butter sandwich with whole grain bread i might be able to look the other way.. but in no way would i recomend it.. tell your buddy to switch the sandwiches to something like a ham or turkey sandwich or something like that and to only eat wholegrain bread.. none of the bleached white bread.. that stuff is a waste of calories

    tell your buddy to eat the sandwich at meal 8 and to have a casien shake before going to bed.. also, add 2-4 liters of skim milk a day..

    even at that, his caloric intake is over one and a half times mine and i am 260 lbs

    yeah i told him that he said he just wants to gain as much weight as possible, doesnt care about fat. haha dunno what else to say but my diet i shared a link should take a look at it
