    Calves Problem

Right here's my Problem. No matter what i do whether its weight training/cardio etc my Calves always go dead. No matter how much i stretch off before or try to get them ready for physical activity they seem to go really tense then dead. They even sometimes do this when im walking up a small incline. Any idea's?

I think I may be experiencing the same problem as you, but im putting mine down to the use of clen, i was ok yesterday when on an off day, but calve burnt like hell on the clen within the first 200 yards on the pavement. Only other thing i can suggest is that with time calves should get used to the work your putting them through.

I used knee wraps 20 years ago . ( lets wrap legs as tight as possible cutting off circulation and bend them strangulating more ) . The back of my leg/knee area has screwed up veins or arteries . Looks old man-ish
Sometimes my calves ache when doing stair climber or elliptical .

With that being said I believe circulation could be a issue .

A couple aspirin will help with circulation IMO .

Thats what i was thinking poor circulation. I can remember watching a documentary about British Royal Marines and a recruit had to drop out of training because of the same problem and it was down to his circulation, just wanted to see if anyone else had similar issues?

It could be circulation due to back issues? Any sciatic pain? Numbness is usually due to lower back.
