Well I know why I like the bar that's 2 blocks from my house now. After doing a youtube search most bars/people only use 1/4 - 1/2 ounce at the most and only use the 4 white liquors and no dark.
Maybe they just like me there and that explains why I cant drink more than 2 max...
Other places I have had 3 with no problem but after the 4th I have a STRONG buzz.
