    mcdonalds ...hmmm

    I just saw this video, It doesent put me off mcdonalds 1 bit because I know first hand they only buy high quality beef.
    even so funny video if you LOVE piling on the llbs that is...lol

    man i used to love mcdonalds! haha. i saw supersize me a few years ago and then ran out and got a 20pc chicken mcnuggets.

    If I eat mcdonalds its once a month, well for that matter, fast food is once a month for me and thats only when im traveling.

    McDonald's is f*cking gross. Last time I had it 'for real' was 6-7 years ago. Apart from that, I remember going to get a hashbrown in the morning cause my ex gf ask me. But that's about it.

    x 2... and fvck cheat days. I eat McChoke'n'Puke 2-3 times a week unless hard cutting. Ever notice how 2 cheeseburgers have a pretty damn close nutritional value to a good heavy cycle PWO meal?

    Its not a super accurate test. You can clearly see that the initial moulding happens where he personally contaminates each burger with his thumb. The bacteria starts in that area.

    I'll be honest. I took a break for my diet for a week on my last week of my proo cycle and ate mcdonald's almost every day. I still kept macros similar though and I looked better at the end of the week. No way I could have pulled that off without juice. Mcdonalds tastes so dam good

    We all know McDonalds is bad or at least not good for you. We know smoking is bad, drinking is bad and many other things but in moderation none will kill you right away and can be gratifying in some sense.

    A buddy of mine doesn't even make PWO shakes anymore with the whole maltodextrin and dextrose and/or waxy maize concoction deal anymore, he just has a mcdonalds meal or a pizza with a protein shake. Makes no difference honestly.
