    Ok well putting on the least amount of fat and adding lbm would more depend on diet, training and cardio, what dose trt are you running??

    bi-weekly comps is the best determination of your gains.

    Not the scale, not the mirror.

    If you're that concerned and serious, get someone who is trained to caliper you frequently and adjust from there.
