    Didn't watch the vid or see the commercial but i go to a Planet Fitness. Believe it or not the females in there who touch the free weights or use the weight machines have MUCH better form than almost all the guys in there. Once I can stack the machines (pretty close on at least a few and I've only been working out for like a year) and effectively curl 60lb dumb bells in sets I will move on.
