Test/Deca Cycle, Week 4 Finally Seeing Gains

Just starting Week 4. I frontloaded this cycle, going 600 Test E, 400 Deca/wk. Gonna bump it up to 1g Test for the last 8 weeks.

Did front raises with 45's easily, medial/side raises with 35's easily. All slow with good form for 8 reps or so. Something I've never been able to do with good form; I did front raises gripping two 45 plates (90lbs) to eye level with arms straight, good form, about 8 reps.

Now my bodyweight is going up quickly, gotta watch my diet...

Um, I said for the last 8 weeks. Test E is known to take 3-4-5 weeks to 'kick in'. Or for you to notice the added protein synthesis in the muscles. This was expected. I am using the working concept of Ronnie's that the body doesn't respond as well to steroids after 8 weeks. Taking a 2 week break, then 8 weeks with higher dose. Thanks for the passing chastisement while resigning yourself to the belief that I wouldn't listen anyway, while at the same time knowing nothing about my cycle. Not to mention this post wasn't primarily about my cycle, but about the newfound strength gains. I was bragging and expected everyone to give a shit. No wait, I should have resigned myself to the fact that no one cares.

See the issue is I always had high lifts naturally coming from a powerlifting background. I'm 246, 5'10". Maybe the stuff is no good... I can gain without steroids as well. No real way to know for sure other than get my T levels checked. I know the dianabol worked from last time because I went from about 228 to 255 in just a few weeks. Strength went up exponentially. Now it's more like a gradual increase. Not getting sick or infected from the injections, so at least it won't kill me. If by the end it is disappointing, I'll try someone else. Also to add, I can probably lift more. But I really only count what I can do with good form. I could probably do 700 lb quarter squats and 315 quarter military presses, but that would be lame.

no need to up dosage, if it aint broke dont fix it, the key is gettin the most amount of gains on the least amount of gear. eg, im on 250mg test trt, 3iu hgh and 200mg deca pw, gains are coming slow but still coming, i doubt if i'll ever do high doses of test again. i, after years of trainin, believe in taking the slow approach rather than the easy come, easy go method IMHO
