First Cycle - advice and questions

I haven't been on here in a while so I will need to go back and ready the stickies, but I had a few general questions that I could use some help with.

I found a source but it is through a friend and I haven't had a chance to meet him and get the details of what he wrote down , anyways he recommended the following.

Below is exactly what he wrote down (Italic remarks are mine) and I haven't been able to understand it the way he wrote it. So I don't know if it is just my inexperience or if he just scribbled something down. So I wanted to see if you guys could decipher what exactly he is saying.

"Test Cypionate 250mg (10cc bottle) - 1 shot per week, but he didn't mention how long the cycle would be, I am guessing 10m weeks). Also is 250mg small? Most of the time on here I see people say they are doing 500mg, even first timers.

Nolvadex - 1 everyday (14 weeks)

PCT
1. Keep taking Nolvedex for four weeks after cycle - I understand this, Nolva is everyday and I finish four weeks after my cycle ends

2. After four weeks of PCT Clomid (4 weeks) - So after I finish my cycle and take four additional weeks of Nolva I take four weeks of Clomid, right?

3.HCG only for two weeks (2 shots per week) - But when (during PCT) should I take the HCG shots?

Keep taking Clomid for another two weeks and Nolvadex also - ?? - But the nolva is already done

Then your done."

Also, I was surprised he mentioned HCG because I haven't seen many people talk about taking it. Are HCG shots a standard for a cycle or are they more of a personal choice?



Like I said I still need to meet with him first because I want to be clear on everything before I even get anything.

BF %, not sure what the exact # is, but I believe I have one of those calipers around here somewhere so I can get that. I am not fat but I am not lean and all cut up. I would like to shred some fat to lean out.

Been lifting on and off since I was in high school, up until about 4 1/2 years ago where I have been going to the gym at least three days a week religiously.

Since I started going to the gym routinely 4 1/2 years ago I have put on about 25lbs of muscle, I was always stuck at about 165lbs. But now I am touching 190 +/-

My goals are mainly to add around 15lbs of muscle and lean out a bit, so that I am a little bigger but cut up also.

Like I said I haven't been on here in a while because I had no source. But I did some basic research from the threads on here a while back and since I now have a source I am back to get educated.

I obviously do care about what I put in my body that is why I didn't rush out to get the gear and jam it in. I decided to come back here first and get the info that I need to feel comfortable and do it right.

well do you think you are closer to 20% or 10% or do you know.....it matter a lot.

your test dosage is very low....and your "italics" have it closer to being correct for that.

your PCT needs help. Go to the PCT thread....then lay out your pct out....it is WAY off....

you run run chlomid and nolva at the same time after 14-18 days after your test cycle ends. (depending on what ester/AAS you run)
what are your goals? Do you wanna drop body fat or gain mass, or ??? Make it CLEAR and i will tell you what i know to help you.

250mg/week is low, and just over TRT dose (from what I understand). However, that can give you increased sex drive at 35 years old, as well as some benefits in regard to overall welness, fat loss and muscle gain (given you have naturally lowered test levels).

However, I would suggest two shots per week, totalling 500mg/week.

As for the hCG, I ran it during my first cycle. 250iu every third day. Take it during the cycle, up to 72 hours before you start pct. I have stopped researching hCG, cause I no longer use it (I am on forever ...)

Anyways i am looking to start my first tes. cycle in January and am struggling with the conversion of mg to ml.I thought I understood it but after talking to a friend who has multiple cycles under belt he confused me again.
If I have 10ml tes @250mg/10ml that would be 2500mg per 10ml bottle correct?
Thus a 10ml bottle would contain 5x250mg injections correct? thus I would have to have 4 bottles to complete 10 week cycle @ 500mg per week correct?
He told me 2 bottles would last me 12 weeks I dont see how that is mathmatically possible,unless I am way off on understanding dosing.

your body fat is too high to cycle right now...you should drop to around 12 first.

Second....no....normal dosage is 250 per ml....you have one bottle with 10x250 shots...if you do one cc per shot...
don't forget you will lose around 1cc per bottle in the tip of your pin. So really you only have 9 shots per bottle at the 250 dose.
What kind of test is it....test E....if yes then you are shooting 2x a week meaning 8 shots or so a month and 2 bottles would get you though roughly 12 weeks....so there you have it....

yeh I went to bed last night realizing that I had made a mistake when I wrote 5x250mg I knew what i was saying I just wrote it wrong cuz I was tired. I meant 5x500mg pins per bottle mathmatically.So given the % of waste factor I would need to get an extra 10ml to cover the loss.OK I can do that. I Know my bf is a little high right now, that is one of the reasons in my post I wrote i was planning on stating my cycle in January....

Okay last night after posting I found my calipers.

My BF is 13%

I thought that his recommendation of running Nolva everyday during the cycle and for four weeks after the cycle was odd.

Would taking nolva everyday (plus the 4 weeks post cycle) be a bad thing or could it just be a sort of insurance policy that he follows to make sure nothing goes wrong?

Ideally my goals are to drop some body fat and gain/keep about 10-15 pounds of lean muscle. He actually recommended that I stack this first cycle (Test) with winstrol and that I would easily gain around 25lbs, but that seems like a lot to put for my first time. I would like to cut up but its not like I have to be "shredded", just get some more clear definition.

See that is why I wanted to come back here before I get anything. After going through my source's notes again it looks like he is saying to take it after four weeks of finishing my cycle, which seems like a long time to wait.

Clomid 100/50/50/50
Hcg can be run throught cycle if you choose

do not run the winny your first cycle. trust me you will see huge gains of just what I have laid out. good luck ....keep us posted

So I am confused now.....are you going to run TEST E?
If so you would pin 250 two times a week. That is one cc per pin.....there are 10 x 250 pins per bottle.....what is the 500 per pin thing about in your post?

Actually the only question that I had posted was answered with a nights rest.
My friend thought that I was going to only use 250mg total per week thus why he told me that two 20ml would last me 12weeks.I intend to use 500mg per week.
It seems like the confusion is infective...hehheh
SOOOO lets just leave it at this Thanks for your insight but I got it resolved myself this morning..just a simple mistake of dosing amount between friends.

I did have questions with the PCT which seems to be the most confusing of all the cycle....so above...when you say Nolva 40/20/20/20 do you mean 40mg ED for one week then 20 mg ED for one week? I appreciate your input and actually that is my plan. As I have mentioned I have done some "basic" research on this site in the past, in fact, this is where I learned about PCT. Everyone I know that had done this in the past never did any PCT and after reading and learning about it (about a year ago) and what it does/prevents I am definitely going the PCT route.

But it seems that everyone thinks I am just going to run out and start doing injections.

The reason I came back to this site in the first place is because I now actually have a source, I stopped coming here and researching because at that time it was pointless because I did not have a source (and wasn't sure if I was going to find one) And I certainly wasn't going to start surfing the net looking for a source, I wanted it to be someone local that I know instead of some website or email address as a contact.

So again, that is why I am back here "to learn", I have not purchased anything yet and I won't until I figure out what exactly I am going to need/want.

Again, I appreciate your concerns but I am not stupid, I am fully aware that injecting something into my body is serious that is why I am back doing research.
