    starting my first dose of tran what doseage

    Hi guys im just starting my first couse of tren 250mgs per ml 10ml vile and just wanted to know what would be the best doseage for me im 90kg 180cm. Im looking to trim down and put a bit of size on??

    to trim down and put size on you have to master your diet...

    Thats what I want to know what is a good start dosage and what best to eat? I was a pro boxer but have gave it away so diet is good eat a lot of fish and chinken and salad thats just about all I eat. Need help please

    Then you need to read the educational threads at the top of this forum, tren is not for a first cycle. Start by reading the beginner cycles thread...

    Kano, tren or any other AAS for that matter is not some magical substance that will melt BF and grow LBM. Diet and training are what affects these things and they require time and effort. If getting shredded was as easy as sitting on the couch and taking 400mg per week of tren then EVERYONE would be cut, instead it take discipline in regards to diet and dedication when it comes to your routine. I hope you find what you are looking for but looking for a substitute for hard work is not how you will achieve your goal. GL!
