    1st Cycle log - Test E.

    Well im into my first cycle so I figured I'd do a log for my own sake as well as for others to follow as any comments/advice/insight will be greatly appreciated. This is going to be a long read with a lot of detail so bare with me .

    Cycle info: Started Sept 17/2010
    Test E 600mg/wk (jabs tues 4am & fri 4pm)
    adex on hand

    PCT:
    Clomid
    Nolva

    Main goal for this cycle is strength/size.

    Pretty straight forward but figured that would be best for my first cycle.

    Starting Stats:
    26 years old
    6 ft 1"
    199lbs
    16% BF
    first cycle as stated before.

    Training History:
    Have been in and out of gyms since age 17. Played fairly serious hockey form age 16 to about 20 so have been through a fair ammount of strength/conditioning training as well as lifting. More recently have been hitting the weights hard and proper for the past 2 years.

    Nutrition:
    This is something I have just recently figured out over the past 2 - 3 years. I finally know how to eat regarding bulking/cutting and how my body tends to respond to different ammounts of different macros and such.

    Since the start of this cycle I have been hitting about 3.5k cal/day with minimum 250g protein (usually more like 300g). I do my best to hit this with only 2 scoops of whey and the rest coming from real food. Carbs are at a minimum of 400g and the rest is filled with healthy fats. Ill have a cheat meal once per week sometimes not at all.

    Supps:
    Whey
    Multi Vitamin
    Fish oil
    Pre WO - only when I feel necessary

    Routine: Currently on a 5-day split which seems to be working great for me.
    Mon - Shoulders
    Tues- Back
    Wed - Chest
    Thurs - Legs
    Fri - Bi's & Tri's
    Sat - rest
    Sun - rest (except for a hockey game in the pm, good cardio)

    Pics - This may be tricky as I usually use the gf's digi camera, the problem is she does not yet know about this (also I know of a couple people who lurk here that I know IRL that arent the most trustworthy people) which brings me to my next section.

    The girlfriend:
    As just stated she does not know about this. Yes this may seem cowardly but I have not yet told her nor have I decided if I will/should. Her/her family can be very narrow minded and hypocritical about issues that can be contriversial. Although they abuse tobacco/pot/booze I know this would still blow up into a huge ordeal. We are over 5 years into this relationship and I know trsut and honesty are huge but sometimes its just not worth it.

    So with all the basic info coverred I'll get into the experience thus far. Today is day 2 of week 4.

    Pinning:
    My first pin was an absolute train wreck. Ive always been scurrrred of needles (lol yes wimp). I got myself so worked up for first shot that after it was done I began to sweat like crazy and got fuzzy eyes. Had to lay down and poued some cold water on my face to snap out of it. Since then its gone fairly smooth except for hittin vein this past tuesday, but thats why we aspirate right!

    As for equiptment I'm using 1" 22g and rotating quads.
    My reason for hitting quads instead of glutes (every seems to say glutes are least painful) is my job is driving a peice of machinery for 8 hours a day where I sit on my arse all day and it is very bumpy all day so I figured that could be extremely uncomfortable for 8 hours/day. Originally I was going to rotate between quads and delts but after experiencing the stiffness/pain for 1 or 2 days after pinning the quads I decided I did not want that in delt neither. So quads it is for now, the sitffness/pain is starting to go away much quicker now.

    Adex:
    I'm glad I had this on hand. After about 8 days I had already jumped 11lbs. was bloated and my face looked like a globe. I began taking .5mg of dex ED (comments appreciated on dosage please). After about 3 days the bloat was gone as well as a lot of the water weight. I'm now running .5mg EOD and all seems well for now. (again comments on dosage appreciated).

    Results:
    For the first 2 weeks my strength did not jump much, just my "endurance" for lack of a better word. I was using the same weights as prior pretty much but was finishing sets with more ease and by the end of the workout was feeling like there was still gas in the tank. Week 3 I was putting up about 5-10lbs more on every exercise. A couple examples are:
    DB shoulder press went from 65's x10x3 to 70's x10x3, DB incline press went from 85's x10x3 to 90's x10x3. Really looking forward to thropwing up the 100's. As for 1rm's I have never really done this in fear of injury. I may attempt this in a few weeks though as I am getting curious.

    I am also experiencing "pumps" like never before, most noticeably after my last bis/tris worout. Also have been experiencing forearm pumps that are borderline excrutiating.

    As far as weight gain goes, now that most the bloat is gone im sitting around 211 in the AM. In the mirror I can see gains already, most noticeably in my traps and shoulders.....I have a feeling this is going to get near impossible to not inform the girlfreind. The Half empty mutant mass bag on the counter does help trick the uneducated though lol.

    well today is day 1 of week 5, my weight this morning was sitting at 215lbs. Im assuming some of the weight gain is water but I can visibly see changes in my traps, shoulder and chest also. My strength is continuing to climb. I've been told my best gain on this cycle should be from wk5 - wk9 so i guess the next 4 weeks should be fun. Just want to discuss something I forgot to mention in my last couple posts.

    Libido:

    My libido right now is so intense its actually funny. Me and the gf were down to 1 maybe 2 times per week max lately, casue I just wasnt up to anymore really, but now its once a day, more if shes up for it, if not i add a few faps in there, its brutal. When i wake up in the mornings its like iron and i seriously cant go to work or anywhere unless i fire one off. When Im no tin the gym theres one thing on my mind.

    I've also recently just grabbed some 25g 1" pins, i was using 22g prior, thought i would give the 25's a shot, i dont really like them, they seem a little flimsy and for some reason everything just seems to go a little smoother with the 22's. ALso my guy at the pharmacy orderred the wrong syringes in for me, were supposed to be 3ml and instead i now have a box of 100 1ml syringes. They work, but they are pretty finicky, really thin, gotta be careful aspirating as to not pull the plunger right out, and its a good thing im only jabbing 1cc at a time. anyways im working on getting some pics up this week.

    Hey nice bro... I am also planning to do test e cycle... this is my first too... any tips man....??? btw i am 5'4'' 161 lbs...bf around 13/14%.. training for 6 yrs...

    So today is the last day of wk 5. My weight is still sitting at about 215lbs but my strength is continuing to rise, slowly but surely, and the mirror is showing changes for sure. Pinning is definately gettin easier and I now like the 25g over the 22g pins. I seem to have less pain at the injection site the following day, possibly because they force me to take about 30 seconds to inject or it may be because my muscles are becoming more accustomed to it.

    One problem I am running into is I am finding it hard to keep myself from hitting the gym on my off days,I feel repaired and energized soooo much quicker, Ive held myself to just a little core work and some extra cardio on my off days but it drives me nuts sitting at home when I'm not in pain, know what i mean?

    Anyways my appetite is still through the damn roof, im easily hittin 300g protein/day and my 3500cals, usually going over due to hunger but keeping it pretty clean for the most part.

    My libido is still comical and my gf (who still does not know im on gear) is enjoying the ravaging lol.....I've decided if she flat out asks me if im using gear, I will tell her straight up, but until then, im not really lieing cause I have not told her im not using...

    Tonight I'm treating myself to my first cheat meal since the start of my cycle...thinking about putting a local buffet into bankruptcy

    Funny how peapole are so concerned about a Hormone that occurs naturally in our bodys.I wouldnt bother tell anyone about aas use .Just tell the gf you found some harmless but very effective Creatine

    Yeah I can agree about the forearm pumps. When I work forearms, they are so solid; it hurts. Nice feeling

    Hey bro, how is your psyche handling all this? What are your thoughts while on cycle? Do you discover different emotional patterns? Side effects? I am very interested in hearing about these things. I will follow your log to the end if you continue (which I hope).

    Week 6 - 8 is where the good stuff happens.

    as far as psyche goes everything is good, thoughts are pretty normal (except for the increased sex related thoughts hah) emotional patterns are normal also, no rage or anything like that, I just feel awsome overall at the moment.

    only side effect i encounterred so far was bloating and a little a-dex took care of that no problem.

    possibly seeing sides..

    just noticed i've got two random pimples on my back today, could be a side, but then again i occasionally wake up with one or two on my back/face/neck, we'll see what happens, not too concerned.

    couple interesting things happenned last night at my hockey game.
    First off, i got called out in the change room, buddy of mine had been away for 3 weeks, out of nowhere he says "you on roids or something dude? you look so much bigger" haha, i just kinda laughed and brushed it off, not sure how serious he was.

    also

    during pretty well the entire hockey game my lower back was in agony, it kinda felt like a really intense pump and not so much like a cramp, possibly just coincidence or something to do with the gear?

    I'm pretty sure that is a side from the gear. I hate that feeling too its annoying as f*ck

    Hmm, never got the nasty back pains while just on Test. Definitely had it while on Dbol though. They suck and made deads and squats just flat out miserable! Hell, driving a car was horrific while on dbol! Good gains so far. Enjoy the sex man!

    just got back from doin legs actually....pretty plain routine

    squats 3x8
    deads 3x8
    extensions 3x10

    forgot to hit up the calves today as I was in a hurry, ill just throw em in tomorrow.

    Well, today is officially the 1/2 way point. Scale just told me 218lbs. Strength is good, still going up but not quite at the rate it was during wks3-5. Im feeling good all around still, no bad sides or anything to report yet. I'm doing my best to keep upping my calories. I did just pick up some wrist wraps as my wrists were really starting to hurt during shoulder and chest day as I am blessed with my mothers tiny wrists.

    libido is still good, appetite is still pretty good, just got back from a solid bis/tris session now time to relax for the wknd.

    well about half way through week 8 right now, feeling pretty good, things are still going well. Weight right now is 219lbs...Strength is still going up slowly, appetite is still good but not as vicious as weeks prior.

    Had a little incident with my jab yesterday. Put it in left quad, aspirated, no blood, after injecting i pulled it out and a decent ammount of blood squirted out, ive had drops before, but this actually squirted, it was weird, and i actually have some lsight brusiing at the injection sight today for the first time, im thinking maybe i passed through a vein upon injection then when i pulled out the blood needed somewhere to go? would this explain the bruising also?

    Been a while since i checked in here, mid way through week 11 now. Weight has been pretty stagnant at about 220, strength has also been somewhat stagnant but getting an extra few reps on each set. Still seeing changes in the mirror and my muscles are feeling very "hard" at the moment.

    Had a slight scare about a week ago, pinned right quad and was in severe pain. for 7 days straight, couldnt even bend my leg, just to be safe i went to the er for an ultrasound and and to get my white blood cell count checked, just incase an abcess had formed. Everything was fine the doc just said it was prolly having a hard time absorbing for some reason or possibly hit the wrong tissue, he then said "why not use your glutes dumbass"....i thought that was quite funny. Either way he gave me some nice painkillers and some antibiotics just to be safe and i was on my way with some peace of mind.
