hi all im doin a cycle that consists of 700test per week and 600 deca im also using proviron , on my previos cycle i used test enth 250 2 ml per week with 4 weeks of dbol and put on like 14 pound , as soon as i came off i lost most of the weight but kept my size, fpr pct i used nolva and chlomid as will be this time , ive curently puton about 15 pounds with this cycle but i measures my arms chest legs shoulder width stomach ect... im into week 7 or 8 still no gains, i dont think the gear is bunk ive got all the normal signs moodyness and spots , im pinning 2 times aweek as i have lab grade gear low ester so i hear ,
diet
8 am - oats ,orange juice, apple
10am -chicken brest with rice or brown pasta nuts and oats bar
1.00pm-same as above with frusili bar rice cakes
3.00 shake 50 grams of protein per serving
6.00 big bowl of pasta
workout
shake straight after workout
8.oo before bed chicken and greek style yogert
i often throw in some nuts and change the meals around slightly maybe having jacket potatoo ect
ive started throwing in 20mg of dbol aday so this cycle is not completly wasted any input would be great , thanks
also any advive on a next cycle to try , looking for size ....
