Test E Cycle mg up and down over a 1 year span?

Hey - I've begun my 2nd time using AAS and I'm in my 3rd week of 500mg of Test E/wk (Sun & Wed) and I was considering doing 9 wks of 500mg in 2 shots, then 1000 mg/wk for 12 weeks, then 500 mg/wk for 10 weeks, then back up to 1000 mg/wk until the end of next summer.
    Last year I did 8wks Test E, 500 mg/wk, then 10 wks 500 mg test e & 500 mg deca/wk.
I'm looking to get until the end of next summer, but I'm open to continuing beyond.
I'm 6'2" 213 lbs & train 4-5X/wk. Good clean diet and eat likes it's my part time job.

Should I cycle these doses up and down? Add Deca at some point? Stay on and then off? Any other suggestions would be helpful.

you shouldnt do more than 12 weeks at any point, maybe 15 weeks and taper at the end to keep gains coming but thats all. Horrible idea.

This has bad news written all over it. Have you gotten blood work done recently?

Last year I was on from late April - mid August. I started w/ 500mg Test/wk with 2 wks of dbol to begin then I increased to 500mg test & 500 deca/wk until mid August. Some good gains and unfortunately inferior pct.
    I'm 37 y.o. 213lbs 6'2".
I'm working to subdue the urge to get as big as I can as fast as I can because I'm looking for long term gains.

You should go see an Endo... chances are your levels are screwed. Tell the Endo everything you've done in detail.

Everything listed in the link above. You need to learn how to cycle properly.

You probably already have "long term problems". Clearly you did NO research before just doing whatever your lil heart pleased. Have you never even HEARD of cycling? I mean f*ck, even a newbie has heard and knows of that. Beginers usually 8-12week cycles. Moderate are 12-16 weeks. Advanced (and rare) are 16-22ish. Dude seriously a 2nd cycle?? Im still speachless.

I took the advice of the guy I got the gear off of.

8-12 wk cycles over and over? 8-12 on then 8-12 off then 8-12 on over and over?

  15. #15
I've read that for cycles one of the main things was just that I just stayes off as long as I stayed on then go again. 15wks on followed by 16 wks off or 35 wks on then 35 wks off.

Apparently I was not reading the correct material.

Dude 1 year off, does not translate to 1 year on. Just doesnt work that way.

Time on + PCT + Time off including an additional 6 weeks natural + blood work is a good way to do it. Only blood work will determine if you are cycle ready again.

    Thanks guys.

I will be cycle ready when my normal levels are satabilized?

  22. #22
You recommend staying at the same mg level for the entire cycle?
