Training Experience on and off since teens but serious in the last year and half. from aug 24 to jan. o4 of this year I drop over 90 lbs naturally.
Current diet if you choose :
meal one 1 cup of oats, 2 bananas, 8 egg whites, protein shake 18 grams
meal 2. 2 can of tuna with whole wheat breat no mayo just out of the can and a couple bananas
meal 3 2 chicken breat with 2 cups of brown rice with 3/4 cups of beans(red, black) and green beans,or corn, or sweet patatos
meal 4 same as 3
work out afer drink protein shake 35 g of protein
meal 5 8 oz turkey burger on whole wheat and some yuca
meal
meal 6 chicken breast, steak, or fish with brown rice and a lot of beans(with all meals)
before bed another protein shake
