    Think you're strong? Check it.

    Bench : 405lbs 25reps, 500lbs 10 reps

    Deadlifts 800lbs:

    9 reps http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bf6H8yZEozw
    5 reps (better form) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-FHuglcCk8I

That 405x25 is ridiculous. Dude pumps that like it's styrofoam.

I miss the dianabol this cycle. It actually works damn good. Sure it's just water, but your muscles are 75% water. I got 315x12, and I felt like I could have gotten even more. I've gotten 32 reps at 225 without AS. But 25 reps at 405lbs? He has pretty good form too. All the way down to the chest and back up for a lock out every time, real stable. Unbelievable. Too bad the video quality sucks. Maybe try some anadrols, might give the strength gains. When you say you haven't tried 315 for any, does that mean you've never even benched 315? You've got to be kidding me. Look at the size of you.

Thanx for the compliment.... Never tried for 315, think I hit 275 for sets years back then left the bench for good. Started adding it back in for close grip when working tri's. Im all hammer machine, cables and dumbells.

I would like to do a strength cycle next year just to see what its like. I just dont want to eat for one =)... I never go over 3500 cals.

    Something like this

    dbol @ 40 ED
    or
    drol @ 100 ED
    Test E @ 1g
    Tren or NPP @ 750

and see how that ended up.

I did 60mg Dbol every day for about 5-6 weeks. It was awesome. So you don't bench 315, what can you do for dumbbells? Unfortunately the gym I'm at only has 125's, so that's all I can say I can do for flat/incline. I can do more . Also I've noticed in many people that only do dumbbells, that although they are strong as hell in that area, it doesn't really translate over to barbell presses like you'd think. I remember this guy who could incline press 120 dumbbells, but couldn't bench 225 hardly. In my opinion, the most impressive bench you can have is incline. I think the best I did was 6 reps at 315, naturally! I didn't go to 315 on the dianabol, but I bet I could have gotten more. I think I did 275 for 12 or maybe 285. Weaksauce, I know. I've seen guys pound well over 400 on incline, so I suck.

I only have 130's available for dumbells at our gym so I use them on incline for 10-12. I dont do flat chest excersises at all. I know its not the same, but I do 4 plates on the hammer machine incline for 6-8 reps. Dumbell incline flies with 80's

Yeah, solid lifts. Why don't you ever do barbell presses though? Why not throw them in once in a while... Well anyways, what is it Jay Cutler says; "work the muscle, not the weight"? Flat benching heavy is kinda just for stroking your ego, but 405x25 I bet you'd feel the burn on that. .

    Um, lolz.

Hey not to be offensive, but I've always wondered - maybe I should look it up... Do gays find women unattractive? I mean if you're bi you're gonna find both sexes attractive, but what use does a gay guy have for women? Do you feel like one? I'm of the opinion that no one has a choice in any of these matters, it's all set up for you when you're born. But just wondering if sometimes women seem attractive somehow... But thinking about it, I don't really ever find guys attractive. Not sexually. Maybe I've answered my own question, maybe my question is inappropriate and offensive, and maybe my question is not related to the topic of this thread. lolz.

Best I've ever done (no AAS yet, still none) was a year ago; 315x8. I've done 275 for 13 as well. I know the math doesn't make sense, but there's something mental about pushing 315 for reps for me. I can't wait to try on gear.

Best incline is 225 for 10. I know, I know... lol

That 25 rep video is just straight sick.

    Thats exactly it right there...

I started noticing the guys older than me (when I was in early 20's) were getting sore rotators and frequently getting injured and they were the typical base excersise lifters... bench, squat, deadlifts etc... decided I liked not being in pain. 32 in a couple months and no pains to speak of. I do think I will throw them in for a couple months to see where I can hit. Just for personal knowledge

Doesn't look fake. Now those plates at the Arnold's are. They're hollow. But these are those rubber coated hexagonal plates you see at gyms. Dude looks pretty jacked, too. I've seen some impressive stuff done by big juicers even at my gym. I've seen a guy rep 405 for inclines, 315 for military. Not natural .

Wow, I feel weak haha. Best I've done for bench is 315 twice a few days ago, am on nothing currently. I was afraid to do anymore being without a spotter, lol. But yeah, that guy is incredible...

How can you guys have a problem with 315? It isn't hard. I put up 405 before my 20's at 200lbs. 315 for 10, no juice. The thing is with heavy weights... You have to consistently train as heavy as you can go (or heavier). Low reps and long rests... It's not bodybuilding. And the thing is that most people would rather see shredded mass, including myself. The heavy lifts are cool, but you can get a lot of size without lifting much. Well... with some chemical help. I've seen some big big juicers just rep 275 and that's it. The ultra heavy weights are probably unnecessary as hell, but it's cool to watch.

This dude with the 405 is just so strong that 405 is no longer a challenge. Kinda like you or me repping 185-225. It's nothing.

Its not that they find them unattractive, they just don't do anything for them. It would be like you looking at some random object like a streetlight and not being turned on. If its an honest question then in my eyes its not inappropriate. I find both sexes attractive so i guess i would be considered bi. I have only had a few gay friends gringe when i start talking about pu$$y. When i say the P word they give me this look of disgust

so if I like streetlights and pvssy, what does that make me? A tri-sexual? or does it mean I like Hookers standing on corners under streetlights?
