Ive been getting headaches recently when I've been lifting and the only difference in my routine is that this is the first time I'm using bcaas. I have read that taking large amounts like around 50 grams can affect serotonin levels and cause headaches but I'm not taking nearly that much. What I am taking is 5 grams an hour before working out and 5 grams during workout of anabolic 4.1.1. I'm mixing each in half a liter of water could that be the problem? Maybe I should just cut out the first 5 grams?
