Liquid Stane doses

Hey fellas just wanted to make sure I got this correct.. The Liquid Stane comes 30ml 25mg/ml and I'm taking .5ml so 12.5mg eod with my cycle I'm currently on which is Test Cyp 500mg/week and Winni 50mg/week. Just checking cause I see some guys say you only need .5mg ed of the AI so if true I'm going way over what I need.. Any input appreciated.

I usually don't run an AI while I'm on Winny, since it keeps my dry by itself. Even on 700mg of prop and some Finasteride, 50mg of oral Winny kept me dry. Even moreso than 12.5mg EOD of Aromasin.

The reason I got on Aromasin was to try and reduce my chances of getting sides especially GYNO.

With exemestane you need to take every day because the half life is about 9 hours.

So if everyday, would I be good with dosing at 10mg each day?

There are "some" studies that say exemestane is effective at doses as low as 2.5mg a day. I have not read anything concrete on it but most say 10-25mg a day is the range you should be in. I would split the dose up because like someone else said it has a pretty short half life.

The active life is around 24 hours.
