    Trash bag of popcorn

    I recently recived a trash bag full of popcorn, ive finshed half the bag in 3 days, are my sodium level's dangeriously high?

    I don't think sodiums anything to get stressed over if you are on a proper diet and eat it once in a while. Heck, I eat a while pizza and cheesy bread about once a month. I think its got like 7000mg of sodium or so. But you'll be back to normal in a few days, no need to worry.

    Haha, kid you must love the popcorn. Damn, I don't worry that much about sodium. I am never going to cut down to comp level so I don't worry about the water bloat. Plus I know I drink a lot of water and help flush it out, also my diet is clean so there isn't much to worry about. Damn you must have EQ hunger kicking in or something to eat that much popcorn.

    Speaking of popcorn, I never realized how much I love the stuff until last night when my wife and I went to see "The life of David Gale". We both went the concession stand and I order a diet pop only. A diet pop! This is a guy who use to order on large popcorn and two med. drinks so he could get the free bag of sour patch kids!
