36yo, 270lbs, 6'1 BF@25%. It's been 12 years since my last cycle of Deca 500wk and sust250@ 500 wk. for 10 weeks. I've only been back lifting for a month now and my plan is to take the next 6 month and cut to get down to 12-15%BF and lift for that time. In my first cycle I responded like a weed. I gained 35lbs of which 22-25 was muscle. I'd like to get an idea of what you guys are recommending for first cycles (since it's been a while I consider this my first cycle). Since it's been a while I'm not sure what it "popular" or what gear has been determined best over the last 12 years since I've been out.
I really don't have any knowledge of HCG, AI or any other recommend gear to stack with cycle or dosage but I'm open and willing to learn. Any help would be great.
What would you recommend.
