    New Test E Cycle Questions

    Hey guys,
    I know if I spent a long time reading all the posts, I might find my answer. However, I don't want to spend the time searching when I can just ask you my own specific questions. Here we go...

    When I came back from overseas a couple of years ago, I was in great shape w/low body fat. Now after 2 years I have sorta gone to shit. I'm 42, 215lbs and have accumulated a small roll around the waist while losing arms, chest and shoulders.
    I'm getting my nutrition back on schedule, but wanted to do another (cycled in past) Test E cycle to bulk up and want to try to shred the gut.

    I currently have some Naposim (5mg tabs), Clomiphene Citrate (50mg tabs) and Nolvadex (20mg tab) but will be ordering test.

    In your opinions, how should I structure and run my cycle with best results and lowest change of bitch tits and retain as much of what I gained afterwards?

    How's the training been this past year and now ?
    Whats your past cycle exp ?

    As far as trying to shed the gut , Its diet and cardio , not AAS .

    I just now got back to lifting light to get ready for a cycle for the last couple of weeks. Last cycle I ran Test E for 6 weeks at a low dosage of 250-300/wk but thin I screwed up on how I should do post and mix the other tabs w/test as I kept getting conflicting advice. About 2-3 weeks after the 'cycle' i shrank like my peter at the site of my mother-in-law naked.

    You don't want to go from lifting light to jumping into a cycle, you risk ligament & muscle injury. Post your stats and do some reading, the stickies hold all the info you need.

    I keep reading, but still wish someone could just help me directly with my questions instead of telling me to look somewhere else. I thought this forum held some answers.

    It does hold answers bro, most of those answers are in the stickies. If you have done just a little reading then you would know that 20% bf is too risky to cycle with. If there is one thing i've learned here, it is that no one will spoon feed you the information. You need to read up, get your training and diet in check (there are 2 other sections here for that as well) and in the meantime figure out what type of cycle will be most beneficial to you and your goals.

    20% is too high.....i recommend no cycle until you drop to below 15....closer to 12% even better and that would give you time to get back into the groove of work out and diet. After that I would say a full beginner cycle of Test E.....and a proper PCT. That can be laid out once you answer the questions I have asked.

    Definitely use testosterone as your base. Use an AI to prevent any estrogen sides.
