New to the forum but really love learning what everyone has to offer.
I have a lot to learn and welcome any advice. Been working out for 11 weeks and really love what I have accomplished clean so far. I have lost a jean size and had some nice gains.
6' and 192 lbs.
not sure my body fat yet.
45" at shoulder
42" chest
16" biceps
22 1/2" thighs
36 waist.
