Thanks for the warm welcome guys and gals, to give a little back round on myself, im 28 years old started training when i was 14, i def had no idea what i was doing back then and never had someone to ask. So i read every muscle mag i could get my hands on during middle school and highschool. I was a chunky kid in middle school and was tormented daily for two years my nick name was Chunks lol, then i started training for football in the summer before highschool and lost about 20 pounds also i grew six inches. So needless to to say i had a tough time in highschool getting used to not being tormented and girls actually noticing me. I stuck to my training and switched from football to wrestlings and boxing, kept training and did fairly well in both sports. After highschool i traveled for two years all over the world just living and meeting people. I now and just starting to settle down, have a good job and a good gf, and i am getting back into training after putting it down for a few years. Because as most of us know that with that good job and good gf or wife there comes a good amount of stress lol. Also i forgot to mention i worked in the supplements industry for a good amount of time so i do know a bit about legal supps and vitamins. Im currently 210lbs 6"2 body fat not too sure of at this point but its not too much after working out side this summer in 110 degree heat lol. Ive done one cycle after highschool i believe it was d[bol deca, also did a bit of M1t which i loved, and im just finishing an anavar cycle that i used to help push me back to lifting, it worked pretty well, (lots of definition and strength. Anyways thanks for listening if you read this, feels good to have people to talk to about lifting and i hope this helps you get to know me a little better thanks again

Hey guys i have two quick questions when it comes to the board. First, is there any way i can view all my posts without using the search feature and entering my screenname, and second, when it comes to reaching 100 posts (do reply's to other people's post count towards my first 100) thanks for any info you can provide
