Hey folks. I came here recently. I'm completely natural, clean diet, etc. I have been trainnig scientifically for about 3 months. (Lifting weights long before that, but didn't really know what I was doing.)

I have quad/calf/ham pics, but they're too big to attach here. (Not sure how to downsize them.)

If interested, I will have them up on my web page later today or tomorrow. I'll post a link when they're there.

Back and forearms look good. Keep working hard and lets see some pics of the progress later down the line.

BTW Nice shaved head. Shaved is the only way to go IMO. Haven't had hair in 2 years and I don't know if I'll ever grow it back.

I don't think that we ever found out who made that post, but we know that the true Chris Mellen didn't make it.

I like the tats! Its hard to critique on progress without before and after. I would concentrate on some shoulder work. It'll bring out your traps more. Pecs look good! Other than that keep pumping and keep us updated! Good job so far!

BTW--Are those pictures in a dorm?
