Any specific way and time you should take 20mg pill nolvadex

just was wondering if there is a better time in the day to take the nolvadex and if i should take both at once or split it through out the day. I'm taking 20mg pills at 40 a day for the next 14 days then dropping to 20mg a day for the following 14 days.

I take mine right before bed because that is when estrogen takes over the most.

I've always heard taking it all at once is fine also, no need to split the dosage.
