223 Lbs (was 200 before 1st cycle)
Just finished first cycle of Test C. Got great gains. I am by no means an expert but I wanted to share what I did for what it's worth and because I was really, really happy with the result. I waited a long time to cycle. Trained natural for all of my life before.
Test C: 300Mg/ Week
PCT: 20 Mg Nolv 2xday/2weeks 1xday/2 weeks
Diet: 4000 calories a day, mostly lean proteins, chicken, shrimp, egg whites liquid, supplemented with protein powder and creatine, plus milk thistle and cranberry extract, drank tons of water.
Training: Each body part 1x weekly 3 exercises per body part, 4-5 sets per body part, 8-10 reps. (EG: Chest: Bench press, Incline Dumbell Prress, Cable Crossovers, etc)
