Hi. A few first cycle questions with a twist. First, facts: 20 years old. Low test (500 in the morning), EXTREMELY high morning cortisol (26 units), lifting for almost 5 years, about 2.5-3 seriously. I eat basically healthy, 5'11'', 190 lb, get at least 1 gram protein per pound of weight, but have way too much body fat and sleep poorly, definitely related to the cortisol. My pathetic testosterone level is not going to go up at this point, so I'm not worried about doing AAS with proper PCT.
First question:
What is a good first cycle for bulking? P.S. I want it to include at least 500 mg/week testosterone enanthate to offset my annoyingly high-pitched voice. And yes, I'm wiling to admit that one reason I'm looking into this is to be able to talk to women without embarassment at my voice.
Second question: Due to already existing gynecomastia, I will need to take some kind of AI or SERM during the duration of my cycle. Which one should I take, and should I take the same one during my PCT? From what I've read, it seems like some bodybuilders are constantly on some AI or SERM for the duration of their cycling and PCT for as long as they lift: is this correct?
Third question:
Is a PCT consisting of some AI/Serm and some Endo-amp from primordial performance enough, or is there more?
