is liquid letro from ar-r similar or the same or better than aromasin. will it help with sides and at wat dose should it be taken at

Letro and Aromasin are simply different compounds. While they are both AI's I wouldn't call them interchangeable. Letro is (too) powerful and more of a last resort.

Given the choice I would go with Aromasin. As for the dose, that's kind of an individual thing. Starting dose of aromasin would be like ~10mg eod. Some people don't even need that, some folks need more. It will help with estrogen related sides only.

It may help some, it may not help at all. It does alter hormonal balance, which is presumably the root problem. That's not really it's intended use by any means.

Try using good old Dawn dishsoap in the shower. It works surprisingly well.

have read plenty of threads about dawn.. here in australia we havent got dawn... would any dish soap be the same?????

I guess not. Try checking the ingredients of Dawn vs. soaps available to you there.

Maybe some Aussies can chime in here and help you out.
