    Thumbs up Hello Everyone!

    Hey Guys, I'm brand new here. Let me describe myself. I'm 18 years old, born in the states, raised in a bodybuilding family. I've been training hardcore for about 4years now, and looking to bodybuild professionally, but I need a little guidence from more experienced people to get me on the right road. I'm a 2'nd degree black belt in Jung Sim Do, do gymnastics, and I'm HUGE into bodybuilding. Hope to hear from you guys!

    welcome.. keep in natural for a few more years.. your test levels will be really high already.. read up on the diet section and learn how to eat properly (if you come from a bodybuilding family you probably already do know) but it is nice to check anyways
