Just depends on the lab its from, but normally like stated, a blend of several tests, similar to Sust, just a higher mg.

I have used a T400 that is just enthanate and also one that is a 3 ester blend and both were painless however I have also used a TNT 450(test/tren blend) that was simply brutal. I also found a TNT400 blend that was painless so I guess there are alot of factors to why something may hurt, mg/ml is not the only factor.

I used test400 on my last cycle (ugl i believe) And i couldnt inject in the delts I did one week and the pain was tremedous, other then that I put on a solid 10-12lbs but the cycle just hurt. I'm on straight testoviron now and its all good The side effects were not too bad (dependant largely on individual) I wouldt recommend it though
