i finally got my bloodwork back, is as follows
total test 1391ng/dl
free test 55.2pg/ml
shbg 18.3nmol/l
e2 80.9pg/ml
lh 0.2 miu/ml
fsh 0.2miu/ml
dhea 246 ng/dl
dht 104ng/dl
been on 100ml test cyp every monday and thursday so 200 every 5 days was on this amount for about 4weeks before this bloodwork. Dr not giving me anything for e2 so shit out of luck there but not going to change drs. what should i do feel pretty good no side effects so far not much of a sex dr. Only numbers i had before this were total test 502 and free test 12.2.

thats 200 a week sport ..

u may end up with some probs with the e2 up there...get arimidex and start on a low dose...youre feeling good so no need to rush it back maybe .25mg twice a week day of shots would be good....doc wont give it order from ar-r (this site sponsor) "liquidex"

actually just caught u said no libido...either way .25 2 or 3 times a week its strong stuff and should help

thanks jpkman ill try that was wondering if i should cut back on the amount of test or not. do you think my numbers are to out of line the free test kinda of scares me

I'd personally cut back to maybe trying 150mg/wk and see where that takes you. The reduced testosterone will also reduce your E2 conversion. Add a little AI as suggested by jpkman and you should see some improvements; possibly within a month.

i think thats a good idea vette ill give it a go and just ordered the liquidex ill keep you posted, i have anothe appointment for bloodwork in three months is that two long of a wait or is that okay, and should i split the 150 into two shots of 75 a week, thanks again for the advice guys

Weekly or biweekly, it's really whatever works best for each individual. I pin only 1x week on the cyp, but that seems to work fine for me. I also run HCG a few times a week, so that helps too. Other guys go 2x week and swear by it, so again, it's just what works best for you.

yeh good plan...its hard for me to say back down on the test as i like the high test numbers but everyone is different but i think vette gave u better advice by also backing the test back a little....

either way monitor how u feel and check blood as often as u can when you're trying to dial it in the beginning

I get mine from my clinic. There's tons of doctors and pharmacies that are big into the HCG diet thing ... Do some searches for that subject and you're bound to find dozens of places that will prescribe it to you.

Also, on your initial post, you mentioned being primary. Do you know your baseline LH/FSH scores? They're obviously low on this last test due to being suppressed. If they were low when you started on TRT, then you were more than likely secondary. Primary failure is when your testicles aren't capable of producing any endogenous test due to damage or a disorder. If you still feel that your condition is indeed primary, then HCG won't have any effect.

thanks vette your right secondary and unfortunately i wish i did have all the other tests done initially but as you know he just did free test and prescribed the gel thing, i wish i would have known about this site to begin with but you live and you learn, at least i found it now, its unbelievable that drs dont know much even mine

hey just wondering if the drops or injections are better and exactly how long you take this stuff for,is it for ever and exactly why you need to take it, and is it possible to just take this if it works instead of test just dont know alot about it

Sorry, I don't quite understand the question. Drops or injections?? Are you referring to HCG?

The best method I know is to go Sub-Q injections, 2x or 3x per week. There are people that do HCG monotherapy programs ... I personally feel it's better if used in conjunction with exogenous testosterone, like cyp or eth.
