What about the 145lb guys that throw their 85 dumbells after making a feeble attempt at concentration curls? The guy that needs his 130lb spotter to help him curl that 85lb dumbell for one rep. Then he stands up, throws the dumbell, lifts up his shirt and grunts in the mirror.
