    Looking to start

    Hey guys,
    So lately I have been feeling pretty small and wanted to start bulking up fast,
    I have never done steroids before but I know that if I want quick results that it would be something to look into.

    I am currently
    5'11
    155 lbs
    go to the gym 5 times a week
    eat relatively well
    I take supplements and lots of protein

    I have an extremely high metabolism so my body fats stay under control

    any suggestion or recommendations one what I should you to bulk up (steroid wise)

    Welcome to AR. any questions related to aas belong in the Q&A section, however the answer to what you should do steroid wise at the moment is nothing. You need to swing by the diet section

    You should be able to get up to 190-200lbs naturally. Even if you are an ectomorph. or hard gainer you can get to near there with out steroids.. you need to google TDEE Calculator and calculate your TDEE and post your average daily diet on the diet sectio.. what you eat with weights and Protien carbs and fat and calorie breakdowns on an average training day with times etc.. do this and we will critique it.. also take the time to post your workout schedule with what exercises and how many sets/reps you do for the week.. we will critique this too.. do these things and we will put you on the right track.. once you hit your potential naturally, and are of age.. we can talk about steroids.. but all the steroids in the world will not help you if you do not know how to train and eat.. you will simply blow up (slightly) and shrink back down.. get your diet and training in check and you will be amazed by the gains you can achieve naturally..

    Height
    Weight

    Years training
