Hello everybody, came in to learn and help me!

    Hello everybody,

i' new here in the forum, i've been reading some profiles and such and i wanted to get some more info and some of my questions answered.
First of all, english is my second language just to say so i may do errors in grammar and such .

    After my stats are:
    Age: 21
    Weight: 180 lbs
    Height: 5'10
    Bodyfat: 14-15%

I've been training since i'm 14ish, for football, myself and of course to have a nicer body ah ..
I have been focusing more on my stats in football test and getting a shape and mass.
Now i'm kinda trying to do a cut and then keep going up with lean mass, I lost kinda 2-3% bodyfat since I started, I got a good routine trainin 5-7 days a week and 5 days cardio.
I got a pretty good diet i got followed by a dietist nutritionist to get my diet set with what i want.
I will start in january a seance of track and such to boost my 40-yard dash, speed, strengh and such, and i would like to drop my bodyfat before it to start in the best shape i can to have better results and keep getting lean mass after.

I would like to hit 190 lbs but with like 8% bodyfat, I know i can do a bit more of it naturally but it always seemed hard to me and my body to drop under like 12%, so i came in here because one of my friend used clen and only his first cycle helped him alot so i cam in to see what could help me and to get more informed.

That's all i think so see you arround and i hope it will help me

    welcome..

clen is effective, but it burns muscle and fat indiscriminately. if you have a nutritionist he should be able to help you achieve your goal with out the use of illegal drugs

I think a start will be posting your diet in the diet section and let us help you in that area, Diet and cardio is what will determine bf% loss, not the compounds you use ie clen

I'll post it anyway just to get comments because some people here might have been in the training domain since longer then him, he wasn't that specialised and like just finished his study like 2 years ago, anyway any comments will be appreciated on the diet

Yes we may have a more approriate diet for you than he does, as nutritionists are very general
