I can't say honestly what my exact goals are, with the exception of losing the weight I gained after a back surgery a few years ago.(Degenerative Disc, I now have 4 titanium screws, 2 titanium rods and a plastic cage in place of the old disc, and a lovely 6 inch long scar).
As age is now a factor in how I gain and lose weight (40), I would appreciate some further insight on how to do this properly.
Ive always been between 120-135 until 2006 when I had the back surgery. I currently stand at 5 ft 8 and weigh in at 175. We've both started back up at the gym roughly 16 weeks ago, starting with light cardio and weights (he's cycled before). I've been hit and miss for the last dew months and finally snapped out of it and would like to step it up. I've toyed with the idea of figure training for competition, but I do not posess the proper nutrition information to do so. Though my husband tries to impliment his diet on me (its been working) I do believe I may have different needs as a 40 year old female. Looking forward to reading and meeting. Thank you kindly![]()
