    Wanting to start a short cycle, need information, will post day to day results

    Hello! Thanks ahead of time for any advice that anyone can offer me.

    I am looking for the correct steroid + workout routine + diet plan to achieve the most results possible in just a short 2 week period. Is there something like this that's designed for a small, short burst? I have an endeavor coming up in a little over 2 weeks, and I think that this is the answer for me.

    Short bursts are usually between 6-8 weeks. not 2

    Steroids should not be look at a short term fix buddy

    If steroids are not for a short term fix, then could you recommend a workout routine and diet only? Or if there are products that will accelerate the effects?

    What are your goals? Bulk or cut?

    Just train your ass off cause steroids are not the answer here.

    The main and only goal here is as much of a performance increase as one can hope to gain from a 2 week period.

    Eat big and eat clean. Lift in the 10-12 rep range with heavy weight to build what little endurance and strength you can in that time. Do cardio for 20-30 minutes a day. There is no miracle drug that works overnight so just stick with the training and dieting and you'll always be prepared for whatever physical challenges may come.

    Performance in which way? you will have to be more specific, what is it that you are training for?

    Training for a Sniper School indoc. Performance increase in pullups, leg strength for pack runs and lowcrawling, etc. I want to do everything I can to be as prepared as possible. I'm in decent shape as it is, but it could improve.

    Stack it, what do you mean by eat big and eat clean? Like high protein foods that are low in fat? What about carbs?

    Well for your situation I would say do thing things you listed. Go for endurance on all of the things you listed. Go to a track or large open field and just crawl down and back until you can't do it anymore and then do it some more. Maybe even wear a weighted pack while doing it to make it seem easier when you do it without the pack.

    Do the same for the pack run. If you gotta run with a 60lb pack then train for the next two weeks with an 80lb pack. The 60 when then seem like a cakewalk. If you got hills close by do it up and down hills.

    With the pull ups do as many as you can then have a friend assist you to get some extra reps out. Add weight as often as you can.


    What I meanby eat big and clean is to eat a lot of high protein white meats and Lean red meats. With the amount of excercise and cardio you'll be doing you should load up on carbs to stay energized. The large amount of protein calories and carbs will help you recover and stay healthy.
