    loosing my weight

    hi currently put on a stone nothing to major going to hit the cardio no illegal substances just protein shakes and legal supps i am going to post my diet, current weight, and starting pics in the morning.

    wish me luck guys!

    any tips, critisim and feedback will be well apreceated.

    thanks guys nice to see support from use like i said any tips to shift the fat pics will be on tommorow i had gyno surgery over 6 month ago and go for excess skin removal in 4 month really gets me down my chest i was 18 stone lost a lot of weight and let a stone creep back on which is coming straight back off lol :P anyway thanks guys post pics up in the morning... slimjoe

    How much weight did you lose that caused extra skin to need to be removed or are you referring to extra skin from the gyno surgery?

    hi im going to get my girlfreind to take some pics of me now and post them up as i start this weightloss program tommorow and answer to the surgery i was 18 stone 7 and now weigh around 13 14 stone and i had man boobs had lypo and is still left with excess skin which is getting removed in march hope this helps will post pics within the hour slimjoe

    Wow sounds like huge effort so far to lose the wieght and go threw the surgery as well best of luck!!

    Watch your diet real close and cardio, cardio with some more cardio.

    Good Luck and burn that fat off.
