Vaccination Question

So i decided to go back to school (about time). The enrollment department requested that i provide vaccination proof, I have all my vaccines obviously, but dont have the rocord of them. Now in order for my doc to provide the record she might need to do them again.
-the question is, I am currently on pct of novla and comid and dont really want to have my doc test my blood nor have any additional vaccination administered. What is the risk of getting vaccination done while on PCT?

Please help me out with this.

There must be another way to get the record. I`m not a fan of vaccines myself.
