Just wanted to say hi. I have been a lurker, trying to read up all the stickys before I start posting anything. Just got comfortable enough to start posting, but I apologize in advance for any stupid questions or rule breaking.
I have been lifting weights sense HS, (I am 32) my dad was really into circuit training, and loved golds gym. My first weight set was a golds gym concrete/vinyl set.
I now use 24 hr fitness, I usually work out during my lunch break, so they aren't to crowded, like they are when I have to end up going after work.
I am not going to start any cycles anytime soon, (my wife and I are trying to start a family) but I really like the attitude on this board and am sticking around.
