    Not bad man.

    I like to go a little wider and slower to feel the contraction better. Explode up on the pull, and slow on the negatives. Especially if your a guy that can do 15-20 fast pull-ups, these will be a nice change of pace and make it a little harder without having to resort to weighted pull-ups.

    Weighted Chins added reps to my pullups big time. I would strap on two plates and go for sets of 8. But my belt was stolen 5 months ago

    They look good I would extend just a hair more though and go slower to make them more difficult jsut as Hawaiian said. By the way Hawaiian nice pic Monique Minton is my favorite bikini competitor!

    I will try to extend more. But I feel a better burn when I prevent my arms from that 1 second of rest during lockout.

    Thanks bro. I used to HATE them, but that is the one exercise that added crazy width to my back. Now they are always the first lift in my back routine

    Good pull ups. I know myself with most exercises I never do 20 reps. Unless I'm going through a 20 rep squat routine. So I think it's time to add weight and lower the reps. Put a 15 or 20kg plate on there and see how you get on.

    Thats how I got my pullus higher. I was doing sets of 8-12 with two 45lb plates. But my dip belt was stolen, so I am waiting to buy a new one

    Nice form! Smoothe. Good height. Since you can bang 20, add some weight (45) for 8-10 good reps. Also, consider widening your grip (if your shoulders allow) for some sets and hold at the top to really contract/scrunch those lats!

    great set. Not trying to take anything away from your set, but if it were myself I'd let my arms go straighter and feel the lats pull all the way down during the stretch. That stretch at the bottom is whats going to help those lats sweep out wider, you dont even need to go as high as you are. If you let your lats stretch more, arms go all the way straight at bottom, and only did 3/4 of the rep I think your lats would take off more. Possibly go a hair wider. Like I said, great set, impressive # of reps, just something new you can try sometime thats all

    I also prefer slightly wider grip with a blast up but 3 second count on the way down.

    agreed widen the grip you may not be able to do as many but its quality not quantity

    Cant go much wider on that machine. So I will leave the gym and try the pullup bars
