Introduction:
Greetings, I will be posting my fitness plan for the next eight or so months, and could use any feedback anyone is willing to give. it will include my diet, the cycles I plan to run, and my workout routine.
Goal: by the beginning of next summer, to be near 200 and SHREDDED, Through 50% diet and cardio, 40% aas, and 10% clen.
Diet:
I don't have a clear cut diet plan, but there are several criteria I make sure I meet everyday. they are:
- No food with more than 15% calories from fat
- 6 meals, at least 15G protein with each, ideally 30G - 40G kep at 30 no less
- no less than 150G of protein per day, often more depending on workout
- always have 40G protein/fruit shake every morning, along with 30 - 50G PWO
- Multivitamin daily, fish oils before sleep -could add coq10 and milk thistle if using any orals
- Cheat meal once a week, usually Sunday
This diet is designed for me to sustain/increase muscle mass while loosing fat.
Workout:
Gym 6 days a week, sometimes 7. 40 Minutes of cardio everyday PWO, at HR 80%.

- Legs
- Core
- Triscould quiet easily combine tris on chest day shoulder day or core day , what sets reps moves are you doing
- Shoulders
- Back/Bis
After Cardio down PWO shake, then sauna 20 minutes, drink 24 Oz water while in there.
AND NOW FOR THE CYCLES!
I will be running two cycles, one starting dec 12, another starting sometime in the month of May.
THE FIRST:
Test E 600MG 8 weeksnot long enough 10week min id even go 12 seem is your 2nd cycle
Dianabol 60MG ED week 1-4 way to much start at 30 abd go from there as mentioned if you are running an oral take a liver supplement also liv 52 - milk thisle etc
PCT: Nolva 50 MG first 7 days 20 MG next 14thats only 3 weeks id do 20/20/20/10/10 and could do clomid 150/100/50/50
Cycle Start date: Dec 12 end date: Feb 6 (8 weeks)
PCT Feb 20 - Mar 13 (3 weeks)
During this down time I will try my best to keep my gains, as well as burn more fat for summer. I will get blood work done roughly 4 weeks after PCT and see where i'm at, then just keep the same diet and workout until my next Cycle.
SECOND:
Test E 600MG 10 weeks
Winstrol 50 MG ED week 6 - 10runit to weeks 6-12 then wait 3 days and start pct like i wrote above
Tren 100MCG ED 10 weeksget rid of it
Clen Weeks 8 - 10, then wait two weeks, start PCT and another two week clen Cycle.run clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off can have benadryl in off weeks cleanses receptors dont go bove 120mcg

Nolva 50MG first 7 20MG next 14
Clomi 70MG first 7 days 20MG next 14
Start/End Dates: (Roughly) April 24 - July 3 (10 weeks)
PCT: July 17 - Aug 7
