It's been 8 weeks since my last shot of Test E. i was pinning 2 c's a week. First cycle I've ever used of anything. Wasn't really worried about my test shutting down, so I didn't bother with PCT. Now, my balls come and go, along with my libido and erections. Anything i can do to turn them back on and basically fix this problem? Thanks in advance.

You can try to remedy this by self-medication, and I'm sure people will be here to suggest you some ideas. But I'd suggest you get some blood work done first before anything.

You can try a PCT to re-start things,
but like HP said you need to get BW done first to see what's going on.

get some liquid clomid and nolva, start up pct asap.
