a lil about me first off..
am 19 turning 20 in like a few months and i have been going to the gym for a about 2+ years on and off and 1 full year.
im 6"1 and 190 lb.
im thinking of starting a tboll cycle... but dont know how the cycles work (pre/after)...
is it possible to get a a full top to bottom list of what to do?
