Hi all guys and gals
First of all I hope you all will forgive me for my poor english: I am Italian, so I am using a language that is not my motherlanguage and I am suere I will write a lot of stupid mistake and stuff... again, forgive me :-)
I work for a little company, here in Italy, where I am large account sales manager and Marketing manager (actually I manage myself.. and a few other guys).
So said, I am fat, very fat. But I am also big, at last I have a decent back, decent arms (bi and tri) and good shoulder.
What I miss, and want, it is to get a lot leaner, I want to cut a lot of fat!
I am 175cm high (this means 5fts and 5inches I think but I am not sure..)
and, belive it or not, I am 114Kg aka 250lbs more or less..
Now.. I am not a jellyfish.. if you pinch me, besides the fact that I will punch you back, you will feel something hard (hope nobody understand something nasty in that..) but I ma definitivelly "covered".. well this cover has to go..
I train 4 to 6 days a week, i do cardio all the time I am motivated to do so (like once or twice a week.. lol) and this is one pretty big issue: i hate cardio.. the only way you have to make me jump over a stepper or stuff like that is to give me a nice girl to talk with.. hey.. I am italian after all, we have a reputation to defend!
Considering this problem I tend to work with heavy weight in the weightroom keeping the pause short to keep my metabolic state as high as I can.
Guess what? I am here not only to annoy you, but also to learn what to huse and how to use to solve this problem.
