He's claiming 2 on the left to be Dbol and 2 on the right to be Winny.Can anybody confirm please?
Also is 1 + 1/2 in the evening of Winny and 1 "blue one" before workout - a good idea?
About me:
29, 6'5, 235LBS, 3 years of working out 3-4 times a week, and just not happy with the results.
Iam amateur when it comes to steroids. I've been reading on the subject for some time now, but different sources say different things so I wanted to know if I should be taking anti-estrogen with this routine?
My goal is to gain 15ish LBS.
PS! English is my 2nd language, in case someone got a wrong impression about me from the way i am building phrases.
Any input is appreciated.
