First of all: I hope this is the right place where to post this.
Second: If this is not, I hope the moderator to move it where it belongs and forgive me for the mistake.
Now let me start a long post (sorry) to clarify my goals and my question:
As I mentioned in my presentation post I am fat.
I am not only fat, I am also big for my goals, I mean not big as a pro-bodybuilder but I am not interested in that, even if my arms are 22in. (fat included of course.. lol) but I am waaaay too fat.
Last time I ran an impedentiometric (sp) test, the one where via electricity resistence the computer calculate the medium composition of the subject body, compared to some standard value, so not very accurate, I had 85Kg of "good stuff" (muscle, bones, organs and stuff) and 30Kg of "bad stuff" aka fat.
Since then I lost more or less 2Kg but I am growing in mass, a "side" effect that I AM NOT looking for, (belive it or not this affect me every time I train.. even if I train with low reps+heavy weight for strenght) and strenght, so I guess I have lost more fat than the rest.
DIET: I am following a metabolic diet, where my calories intake is given mostly by proteins, from food and supplements, with moderate fat and very low carbs.
The doctor that gave me the diet also gave me pharmacy made pills with hoodia, triac (considering my thiroid is very "lazy").
SUPPS: As normal supplements I use arginine and BCAA/EAA pre and post work-out, I use a protein shake as a post w/o, I also use Beta-Alenine pre and post and a test-booster (but I am almost done with that and I am switching to a different protocol of legal supplement test boosting after this one). I tend not to use any form of creatine, loosing the strenght advantage I maight have from it, because I am very reactive to creatine: I tend to bulk up a lot but, again, I m not looking for any size/mass ganis.
Main goal: shed away fat while keeping my muscle (I don't want more but I love thos that I already have!)
Secondary goal: increase in muscular density and vascularity
Third goal: increase in strenght directly linked to better training
And now the reason because I am here annoying you all: I am planning to start a cycle with ANAVAR and WINN50 to shed away the most body fat but with low to no muscle size gains.
I am considering to run this cycle for 8 weeks but I would like to know your advice on that. Also I have no idea if there will be a PCT or not: even if I read the wonderfull anavar FAQ in the forum I would like to know from other user that have used it.
After this cycle, and eventually after the related pct, I am also interested in the hGH 166-199 to get even more leaner..
Please evaluete my idea of cycle, give me all the suggestion and advice you consider important and guide me trough this :-)
