    Please help, which is better?

    hi guy

    stats

    27 175 pounds 6-7%bf 5'9

    i finished a cycle of deca and test 8 months


    goals are to gain 8-10 pounds of clean muscle and strength, lots of size is not very important, i am more about the muscle than the size

    my question is, for my goals which is better primo and deco or tren and deca?

    i have read a lot about both tren and primo, and having a hard time to decide which is better i like primo due to its very (almost no) side effects. Please help

    hi Matt,


    i appreciate the fact that your trying to help and i will post my diet as soon as i get back home (since im at work now) but my question was a simple and direct one which is better tren and deca or primo and deca? trust me i didnt get down to 6-7%bf with a shit diet, my diet is down pretty diet bro.

    My diet is as follows

    For breakfast i eat 3 eggs and 8 oz. Steak

    2 bananas and small snack in between

    Lunch : Usually either Fish, Meat, or Chicken with Rice or pasta

    Protein Shake before and After the Gym (60 grams of protein)

    Dinner: 2 peices of chicken breast with Veggies

    Casien before going to sleep.

    Of course i also take Creatine and Daily multi Vitamins

    Haha you question is simple aye...I think its more complicated than you are trying to make it seem...I really dont think anyone can say which is better...Just give you opinions...You should take the time to research them on here or other places and decide for yourself based on more than just a few guys opinions...Maybe one works best for your goals but has some sides that particularly concern you...Never know...Knowledge is power

    No wonder why you are so lean on a calorie deficient diet! You could more than likely achieve your goals with food at this point, if slight fat gain becomes an issue up the cardiovascular exercise. What is that like 1500 calories a day of real food?

    so thats it no one is gonna help? honestly everyone just want to be a damn smart ass and tell people they are either too young, too small or not eating right or any of that crap no one actually ever helps anyone.

    i simply asked for which combo is better and still 3 days later and no answer, thanks for nothing forums

    I'm pretty sure BG gave you solid advice in your other thread that I posted above.

    I actually gave you advice in that thread too.

    No one is going to lay out a cycle for you, if that's what you want.

    You should do some research (that means using the search button and reading), propose a cycle, and we'll critique it.

    But, yes, your diet sucks.

    So while it may not be the advice you want to hear, it's the best advice for you...so we are helping you.

    Instead of worrying about what drugs you want to take, you need to start concentrating on what food you take in.

    D7M nailed it man...We are helping you...Doesnt matter what you take...If you are unwilling to work on your diet then you are not going to get the results you desire...Its really is good advice and I sincerely hope that you put in the work and acheive your goals...There is a pretty full library of information at your fingertips...Read some stuff and get a base idea of which you think is better then purpose a cycle and post it on here and ask for it to be critiqued...When you post it put that you are leant toward the one you are and that you are considering the others as well and ask for OPINIONS

    ok well my proposed cycle is Primo and deca for 12 weeks.

    I want to start out with small doses at first to see how my body reacts.

    Im gonna start with 250mg of deca and 100mg of primo at first and take it from there

    I Think the foods you are taking are fine but you need to consume more calories to achieve what you want, maybe add a few more eggs, brown rice, oats and peanut butter though out the day

    I suggest you read some workout diets on here...And you SHOULD run test as a stan alone cycle to see how you react...Smaller doses of test will give you some decent gains and you will be happy with the results...Test is a relatively safe and stable aas and it SHOULD always be used to guage your reaction to aas...Honestly work on your diet though!...I am in the same boat and I am force feeding myself to up my intake before I start a new cycle...Without a good diet I would be wasting my money on aas and wind up disappointed...My suggestion is test alone cycle if you are new to aas which you seem to be...It is the safest bet and you WILL be happy with your results as long as you put the time in at the gym and maintain a good diet

    First off all dick smack, quit with the bitchy attitude. You wanna know what a good combo would be Diet and training. So your literally thinking that if you kept your calories THAT LOW that you would somehow manage to gain 8-10 pounds of LEAN BODY MASS? Think again ad lib.

    Basically I wouldn't run deca with either but comparing primo and tren basically you are going to get more drastic results with tren but much more sides. Primo is a slow steady gain with very little sides.

    ok well i was thinking about deca and primo due to the low sides and moderate gains, im not wanting to blow up and get huge just around 8 pounds. So if i add test to me deca and primo, what do you guys think?

    in the last week i have upped my calories and fixed my diet, but im having to force feed myself but i have been working on it.

    It takes time to eat big, hang in there and you'll probably see those albs in no time, without gear
