Hey guys,
Ive read through all the newbie "READ FIRST" threads and still have no idea where to begin. I have plateau on all my gains and body weight. The more I read the more questions I have.
So, long story made short, Can ANYONE help me on choosing the right AS cycle and possibly help me through it. Im only looking to do one cycle if it helps me break through the plateau.
My diet is in check-approx 4000 clean cals a day, 200-240 grams Protein, and weight training is 4 days as week.
Ive read alot on Ronnie Rowland and he seems to be a very well respected person on here and I dont want to bother him just yet on any questions untill I figure what would be a good cycle.
