6'2"*** 200lbs 25 yrs old 14% BF
Currently in off season for semi professional football league (Jan-May season) as a slot receiver/tight end
Those of you that remember me I got 1 injection and about 3 days into a cycle when I was advised to drop some BF before really getting going.
Well its been about a month now and before I was between 16-18%bf, heeding the advice of this board I dieted and hit cardio/weights pretty hard over the past 5 weeks and managed to drop down to 14%bf.
Wk 1-8 sust 250 2x week
Wk 1-3 dbol 30mg ed
Wk 4-8 50mg proviron 20mg Nolva ED
PCT Nolvadex 20/20/20/10/10 starting in week 10
I also have some clomid on hand if anyone thinks I should use that during my PCT as well.
I am looking to put on 10-15lbs muscle, drop BF another couple of points, add functional strength and avoid injury.
I currently train 4x a week with chest/back, legs, shoulders and arm splits
I have 2 football practices a week that involve contact and moderate-intense cardio and on Saturdays we have 80 play scrimmages that are game speed.
Let me know what you think of the cycle, I want to do this right and set myself up for a cutting/speed cycle ultimately wanting to be around 210lbs 8% bf.
***last post stated I was 6'1" and I was just measured by my dr and was 74".....I've appearantly grown since 2005!
