The PUMP is too much sometimes

So over the past few weeks I'm starting to notice how annoying the pump is in my legs when I do cardio... They get rock hard after about 5 mins and feel as though I've been leg pressing 800lbs for 30 reps. Ofcourse they're not tired from 5 mins of prework out tremill, but the pump can almost be unbearable. Anybody else get an overwhelming pump?

I'm running 500 mgs of Test E/week on week 8. I was talking about leg presses 800 for 30 reps not squats, but they're not the problem its the 5 mins of cardio before working out that gets my legs pumped!

Not sure I'm tracking on what you're saying, is it that you think its possible if the rep is only 10cm down and then 10 cm back up?

He's saying you're probably doing a very small range of motion.

Its insulting he has 2k posts if thats the case... I look up to people with more posts than me, but sadly it probably should be the other way around in some cases. If you think 800lb leg presses for 30 reps are insane u should see my gym partner whos 100% natty (no aas) guy hits 1200lbs for 15 reps 2-3 sets. The whole machine flexes at teh bottom when he starts to go back up and hes got skinny little chicken legs too!

For those of you who get the lower back pain invest in a med ball and stretch on that whenever you get the chance. I get the pain bad when I squat and of course deadlift when on and off cyclenbut the med ball makes huge dif!
