I am looking to begin a cycle, but need to direction in what direction to head. I'm looking to gain 15-20 pounds, in which I can keep the majority, would like to keep water retention fairly low, and IF POSSIBLE, other sides as well.
I'm 6'1, 250 pounds, 10% BF(measured by underwater weigh), have trained hard for about 12 years. I'm a virgin/newbie in this arena. This is a great site to learn from, and from what I have been reading I know I'd start with about 400 Deca a week for 8-10 weeks. I'll use Clomid at the end as well. If I were to stack with Deca, I know I have options, but considering what I have posted, what would some opinions be.
Also, a second question would be, after my stack and I'm sitting at a packed 265-270, how long would I need to wait to do clen to cut up. Ideally I'd like to come in at a shredded 250-255(7% BF) when all is said and done.
